Delete your account and data

Two ways to do it. Both delete everything, immediately and permanently.

1. In the app (fastest)

1. Open Partnero AI and go to Settings (the gear icon on the Journal tab).
2. Scroll to Account and tap Delete account & data.
3. Read the list of what will be removed, confirm, and tap delete.

Your account is gone the moment you confirm. No waiting period, no email to answer.

2. By email

If you no longer have the app installed, write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it and confirm by reply, usually within a few days and in any case within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login.
• All check-ins, notes and your mood history.
• All conversations with the coach and the coach's memory of you.
• Your "about me" answers, courses, wishes and date ideas.
• Your link with a partner. Your partner keeps their own data; you are simply no longer connected.

Nothing is kept "just in case". The only exception is what the law obliges us to keep, such as records of a paid subscription, and even that contains no journal content.

If you only want to remove part of it

You can edit or delete any single check-in, clear the coach conversation and memory (Coach tab → Clear), delete a course or a wish, or disconnect from your partner (Us tab) without deleting the account. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
